At FOMOGOI, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.

Shipping Policy

Made to order, printed in Australia. Every FOMOGOI piece is printed on demand by our Australian print partner, then shipped to you across Australia.
Processing & delivery: Allow 1–7 business days for printing, plus standard Australia-wide delivery. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
Packaging: Orders ship in home-compostable, plant-based satchels.

Refund Policy

Returns & exchanges. As every item is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, email  fomogoi@protonmail.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Sizing: We print on premium AS Colour blanks with a relaxed unisex fit — please check the size guide on each product before ordering; wrong-size change-of-mind isn't covered.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
